The Operating System for High-End Studios.
Most templates fall apart when you introduce “Renovation.” Managing Existing, Demolition, and New Construction phases in Revit can be a nightmare if the file isn’t set up correctly.
The Revit Architecture & Interior Pro System is not just a template; it is a business asset. It creates a seamless workflow that allows ALBE Studio (and now you) to deliver complex renovation projects 50% faster.
Why is the PRO System different?
While the Standard version handles new builds, the PRO System unlocks the tools needed for detailed execution and retrofits:
1. The Renovation Engine (Phasing)
We have pre-configured the Phase Filters and Graphic Overrides. Just mark a wall as “Demolished,” and it automatically turns red and dashed in your Demolition Plan, but disappears in your Proposed Plan. No manual drafting required.
2. Millwork & Joinery Details
Interior Architecture requires detailing. The PRO System includes a library of parametric Casework families (Kitchen cabinets, Wardrobes, Shelving) that look good in 3D and detail themselves in 2D sections.
3. Designer’s Electrical
Architects shouldn’t need a degree in Electrical Engineering to place a socket. Our “Designer’s Electrical” system lets you rapidly place Switches, Data Points, and Lighting Fixtures that tag themselves automatically.
4. Automated Schedules
Stop counting manually. The PRO System comes with pre-formatted schedules for:
- Detailed Room Finishes (Floor, Wall, Ceiling)
- Door & Window Hardware
- Electrical Fixture Quantities
- Loose Furniture (FF&E) Cost Estimation
Is this version right for you?
This is the definitive choice if:
- You run an Architecture or Interior Studio.
- Your projects involve Renovation, Extensions, or Refurbishment.
- You need to produce Construction Details (Joinery/Millwork).
