Know your plumbing codes (IPC/UPC). Follow these spacing rules:

• Toilet Clearances: Ensure your toilet block has a clear center-line. You generally need a minimum of 15 inches (38cm) from the center of the toilet to any side wall or vanity (30″ total clear width).
