• Block Attributes: Do not use standard text for information that changes (like Sheet Title). Use Attributes. This allows you to double-click the block and fill in a form, rather than editing individual text entities.
• Fields & Sheet Sets: For advanced automation, insert Fields into your attributes. You can link the “Sheet Number” attribute to the Layout Tab name. This way, if you rename the Layout Tab, the Sheet Number updates automatically.
